For Individuals – Personal Income Tax

Having issues submitting your personal income tax? Accelerate Advisory provides tax consultation services not only to our corporate clients but also individuals who are facing difficulties in their annual Personal Income Tax submission.

Registered Company Office Address

Under the Acts in Singapore, businesses or companies are required to notify the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) of the registered office address. A registered office address refers to the place where all communications and notices to the business and/or company are addressed, and the place where the company’s register and/or records are kept. A registered office must be operational and accessible to the public during normal office hours.

Alternatively, businesses and/or companies who wish to use their residential address (Private: Urban Redevelopment Authority of Singapore and Public: Housing Development Board) as a registered office address may apply for approval under the Home Office Scheme. Certain restrictions and performance criteria are required by the relevant authorities in Singapore for tapping on the Home Office Scheme.

Nominee Services

Under the Companies Act, Chapter 50, a company is required to have at least one local resident director. Accelerate Advisory offers nominee services for companies that are 100% owned by foreigners and are unable to fulfil this requirement. As a nominee will be held accountable for all statutory requirements, Accelerate Advisory would require these companies to fulfil certain requirements set by us should this service be provided to the company.

Work Passes

All foreigners who intend to work in Singapore must have a valid pass (commonly known as a Work Visa) before they start working in Singapore.
